3. Bookings & Quotes

  • All service bookings are subject to availability.
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to proceed under these terms.
  • Additional work not included in the original quote may incur extra charges (we will inform you first).

4. Pricing & Payments

  • We offer upfront pricing wherever possible.
  • Payments must be made as agreed: on completion, through progress payments, or as per the invoice due date.
  • We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods listed on our invoice.
  • Overdue payments may incur late fees and recovery costs.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • We reserve the right to charge a call-out fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
  • In rare cases, we may need to reschedule due to emergencies or weather, and we'll notify you promptly.

6. Warranties & Workmanship

  • We offer a 100% Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee on all work carried out by our team.
  • Product warranties are covered by the manufacturer and vary depending on the brand used.
  • This guarantee does not cover misuse, negligence, or work modified by others after completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take every care to deliver professional service, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, access issues, or third-party products.
  • Our liability is limited to the re-supply of services or the cost of re-supply, as permitted by law.
