Dripping taps and running toilets
Small leaks waste serious water. We replace the worn parts and check the pressure while we're there.
Slow or smelly drains
A drain that gurgles or drains slowly is on its way to a full blockage. Clearing it early is the easy version of this job.
No hot water, or not enough
If the shower runs cold halfway through, the system is telling you something. We diagnose gas, electric and heat-pump units.
Water pooling in the yard
Puddles that never dry out usually mean a cracked pipe or blocked stormwater line underneath. We find it and fix it.
A spike in the water bill

An electric hot water changeover needs wiring as well as pipework. A bathroom reno needs waterproofing and lighting. Because Justin, Shaun's brother, is the electrician at Moral, both trades arrive under the one booking instead of two companies pointing at each other. Can you find a hidden leak without pulling the house apart?
Usually, yes. We use leak detection gear to trace water behind walls, under floors and underground, so the repair is a small, targeted job instead of an excavation.
What happens in a CCTV drain inspection?
We feed a camera through the pipe and watch the screen. You see exactly what's causing the trouble, whether that's roots, grease or a broken section, before you commit to the repair.
Do you do pipe relining?
We can. Relining repairs a damaged pipe from the inside, no digging up the yard, and it's often the tidier option for cracked or root-damaged lines.
Do you take on bathroom or kitchen renovations?
Yes. We handle the plumbing side of renos from strip-out to fit-off, and can bring the electrical side to the same project.
Do you look after units and body corporates?
We do. Alongside family homes, we handle body corporate and strata plumbing right across the Coast.
